About the Role
GAB Property Maintenance Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our residential building refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company and develop your career within the construction industry.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work across new build projects, property refurbishments, and both responsive and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out first fix carpentry, including installation of metal stud walls, floor joists, structural framing, and plasterboardingComplete second fix carpentry, including hanging doors, fitting skirting boards, architraves, and finishing work
Undertake general repairs and maintenance work as required
Use handheld devices to receive, manage, and complete assigned tasks (training provided)
Work efficiently and safely in line with industry best practice and company standards
Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
