About the Role

Working to deliver the best quality service, working on new construction building, building renovations, carrying out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties, you’ll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work.
First fix carpentry: installing metal stud walls, fitting floor joists, structural framing, and plasterboarding Second fix carpentry: hanging doors, fitting skirting boards, architraves, and completing detailed finishing work
You’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience.
