​GAB Property Maintenance will leases your property for 3 to 7 years. ​effectively becomes your tenant which guarantees you a fixed rental income. We then sub-let your property and manage the property throughout the lease period on your behalf so you can sit back and relax.

During the contract term the Landlord(you) only has responsibility for repairs to structural and fixed items (pipework etc) of the property. ​GAB Property Maintenance will not attend to repairs of this type without first consulting with the Landlord and providing a competitive quotation for the works.
